Meetings
Nite Owls monthly meetings and events are held
at members homes.  Food, wine and paper
goods are provided by other members.
Hostess Responsibilities:

  • Provide house for monthly
    meeting
  • typical meeting has  
    approximately 30
    members present
  • Allow food hostesses to set up
    at least 1/2 hour before meeting
  • May be asked to provide wine
    glasses and serving utensils
  • Possible use of oven/warming
    drawer
  • Assist in cleanup
  • Provide water/soda
Food Hostess Responsibilities:

  • Provide all appetizers/desserts
    for monthly meetings
  • For example, cheese & crackers,
    dips, finger sandwiches, etc.
  • Nite Owls will reimburse food
    host up to $75.  Please send
    receipts to Treasurer (Deb
    Shertzer)
  • Coordinate with hostess
  • Arrive at least 1/2 hour before
    meeting - more if food requires
    additional prep time
  • Explain what you will be
    bringing and alert hostess if you
    will need additional serving
    trays or utensils
  • Clean up after the meeting
